CHAIN

Created for marimba performance, Chain treats connection as a process of generation, transmission, return and resonance. Points and lines gather, separate and extend through a deep visual space, tracing the movement of sound. As rhythm, dynamics and timbre develop, visual structures form, break apart and emerge again. The work translates listening into spatial movement and explores how connection, distance and resonance are continually established and redefined through time.

《Chain》是服务于马林巴演奏的舞台多媒体视觉设计作品。作品以“链”为核心意象，并不将其仅仅理解为物理形态上的连接，而是将其视作声音生成、传递、回返与共振的关系结构。视觉以点与线为基本语汇，在深邃的空间中不断聚合、分化、游移与延展，如同声音在时间中留下的运动轨迹，也如个体之间若即若离、持续牵引的隐秘联系。随着马林巴节奏、力度与音色层次的推进，画面不断生成秩序，又在震动之中被打散、瓦解，并再次重构，使听觉经验转译为可被感知的空间运动。作品试图在音与形、节奏与结构、感知与关系之间建立一种彼此牵引的场域：声音不再只是被听见，而是在视觉的回响中显现为一种不断连接、断裂、再度抵达的动态过程。由此，“链”所指向的也不只是声音的传播方式，更是连接、距离与共振如何在时间之中被感知、被建立、又被重新定义的过程。
