Wandering Between Spaces brings Chinese landscape traditions into urban life through digital media. Stillness, sound and formlessness, evoked through references to the Book of Songs and chapter 41 of the Dao De Jing, open a landscape for a brief pause.
AI imagery evokes flowing, dispersing ink, rearranging mountains, water, calligraphy and the five phases. Writing drifts beyond the plane; AI-generated and reconstructed sound creates a slowly changing soundscape.
Imagined encounters at corners, entrances and neighbourhood resting places invite a pause on daily walks. A small interval in the city’s pace might turn familiar surroundings into somewhere to rest the mind.
《诗经》有云：“川为静，山为峙”；《道德经》第四十一章有言：“大音希声，大象无形。”作品以中国传统山水精神为起点，以数字技术连接古典经验与当代生活，在城市日常中生成一处可以短暂停留的精神景观。
影像以人工智能生成的抽象元素模拟水墨的晕染、流动与消散，重组山、水、书法与五行意象。文字由平面书写转化为漂浮、游移的动态结构；声音通过人工智能生成与后期重构，和影像共同构成缓慢变化的数字声景。
作品设想山水出现在转角、归家入口与社区歇脚处，观者在日常行走中便能偶然相遇。在快速的城市节奏里，作品试图留下一个微小间隙：让山水不必远行，让观看不必刻意，也让熟悉的转角成为安放身心的地方。
